In my profession while managing a digital agency, i’m lucky to meet the few people that are hard-working and come with good ideas. The ability to generate a lot of good ideas is just like the capacity to work a lot, efficiently. It’s similar to a muscle: you have to work on it; you have to increase constantly the work-load, but also do it with impact. Having a lot of ideas is not enough, unless they are good, and they work. These are the people for which i have a genuine admiration.
