Hi Everyone! My name is Daria. I am an artist and I paint on clothes. I often try to create meaningful artwork on clothes to spread the message about some social problems. I’ve been noticing lately a lot of people sharing their struggles with using Instagram. Because it was proved that Instagram is the worst social media platform for mental health.

I created this video as an art performance about this important subject. Social media is something new in our lives and we need to learn how to deal with it.
