I Create New Worlds From Photos I Have Taken Myself (13 Pics)
I create fairy-tale surreal worlds from photos that I (for the most part) took myself during my 20-year experience as a photographer.
Besides photography, I enjoy this way of telling my stories. And I really like the fact that the people who see my work also come up with their own tales.

The Cat Watch
Bewick’s Wren with a stork bill, can’t ID the bottom two, except that the bottom one (finch?) does appear to have a Bald Eagle beak
The little one is a a young garden warbler with a bad hair day. He/ she also upgraded his/her beak. The bigger one is a female blackbird.

This one made me chuckle just a bit; the dog looks so completely guileless!

Anneke, when I see these, the dinosaur beginnings seem so obvious!

I saw huge fruit bats in Senegal and plenty of small insect bats throughout Southeast Asia. I wouldn’t be surprised if bats were the biggest mosquito-eaters in the world.
The White One
I live in a town that is run by ravens, which is so much better than a town run by crows!
