I think you should give your parents a normal christmas gift. And for the coming out you best just tell them straight. How you feel. And give them some time to think it over. You have this in your mind for a long time but they might need some time to realize what it means to you. But don't delute your coming out by trying to make it look like a funny gift or so if you want your parents to take it seriously. My 2 cents from a cis straight Male white no-minority-whatsoever. I would like that a lot if my kid trusted me enough to do that
Well it depends on how comfortable you are with sharing said information, if you are ready for their say, and what they think good or bad, then you come out however you want to? (I’m not an expert at this but it’s what I did)
I felt confident, knew that I had found myself, and didn't care if other people agreed or not.
