    Don't try and justify being a bully saying "cause I was bullied". Everyone, everyone ever was bullied by someone, family, friends etc. What you choose to do makes you the person you are, we are our choices after all. And doesn't matter how or why, at the end, you are a bully cause you chose to be one.

    It's not justification, but it is an explanation. It's a vicious cycle and it needs to be cut off at its core.

    Bullying is like a zombie bite. When someone bullies a person, they carry it onto someone else. I saw this happening a lot in middle school. I hated that time of my life.

    Bog standard Kent Police response to an outside complaint, spoke to the complainant, gave lots of bull to cover ourselves, complainant now satisfied, no further action by Kent Police at this time. Same attitude when I complained about inept policing in our county regarding a recent crime. Pen pushing senior officers waiting for next promotion. ... .. 2citypays.com
