I have always loved Harry Potter but as a part off the LGBTQIA+ community I don’t want to come off as transphobic. When talking about Harry Potter how do I come off as trans supportive?

I honestly don't think you need to explain. If you like Harry Potter you like Harry Potter. If you want to explain you don't like her just say, "Love the books hate the writer" . That's what I say ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Thank you. I just never want to make a trans person feel uncomfortable near me. It’s better to make sure than risk accidentally hurting someone.

You like a book series that it is all about tolerance. If a person gets ofended by that its their fault not yours.
