    Rich and in love.

    Money can't betray you, but other people (even a romantic partner) can. So, I'd like the money, just in case, of someone I'd love choosing to do so in a way I can't forgive.

    Money gives you more options overall too, like being able to adopt if you want kids but not biological children.
