Not everyone is smart enough to go to university, and not everyone should be encouraged to do so. We need people to work in jobs that don’t require degrees and there is no shame in working these jobs. Schools, educators and parents need to be realistic when working with students. Schools should also not pass students who cannot meet the requirements needed for their grade level - so many kids progress into higher grades when they haven’t mastered the skills for their current grade. Our education system is not working.

Agree. How to make education more personal when it is done en masse, is a conundrum that we need to do a better job of solving.

People should be in grades based on their academic performance, not their age. The system holds stronger students back and pushes weaker students forward

I think that if we want to turn climate change, we have to say NO to certain privileges we have gained over the years. But we are too selfish and this opinion is too unpopular to gain votes in campaigns. Yes, others can do a lot to turn climate change too but let’s also look at what we do ourselves.

I don't believe we should pass laws allowing transgender people to use xyz bathrooms. And I don't believe we should pass laws restricting transgender people from using xyz bathrooms. I believe that people on both sides of the issue need to come together and support the passing of laws banning only ONE person from using ALL bathrooms....Uncle Sam.

I think maybe we should have a bathroom for biological females a separate for biological males and a unisex for anyone who wants to go in there if they're trans or just don't care what bathroom they're in

I honestly think that’s a valid opinion. You’re allowed to think any hobby is cringe, if that’s what you’re saying is rare. But I think it’s ridiculous that people think that makes it okay to bully people for their hobbies, furry or otherwise. As long they aren’t hurting themselves or anyone else, hey they’re enjoying a hobby, being creative. Sorry for ranting. Please don’t mistake this for me saying furries are never annoying or criticizing you for thinking that, just saying they don’t all deserve hate and bullying. :)

Furrys don't deserve hate and I'm definitely not trying to insult anyone who is but when you get chased down a corridor by a 17 yr old on all 4s barking like a dog it is a little strange. I'm ok with you being a furry but please don't make it awkward for the people around you trying to get on with their day

Cancel culture is reduntent and useless at this point. People cancel celebrities and influencers over the smallest and frankly insignificant things. And if they do end up cancelling someone who deserves it,(Colleen Ballinger amongst others) they end up coming back anyway! It just doesn't make sense to make a fuss about something that in real life you would just need to brush off. (Besides Colleen, what she did deserves criminal charges but that's a different story) It can be good to try to correct things people do or say to help create a safe environement, but these people aren't going to change their behavior. It's just exhausted at this point :/

Here's the thing about 'cancel culture' - it's not really a thing. OP indirectly says this when stating that "they end up coming back anyway." There is only doing something deemed socially unacceptable and then rejection or redemption. This has happened since the dawn of society. This process is slightly more weaponised in the digital age where every transgression can be recorded and kept for public viewing for eternity. The term 'cancel culture' bugs me because it suggests something new is happening in society because it has a new name. Thanks for hearing my rant. You may all cancel me now ;-)

I might get downvoted to oblivion, but I support Israel. I am not saying that I think that the palestinians should suffer. It is purely Chamas's fault. They use them as human shields. And lgbtq people, if you support them, I just wanted to know that they want to kill you just as much as my people. Yes, I know that Israel has committed many atrocities, but still. It is the extremist jihadis that are doing this to the country that all of my grandparents have lived in at one point or another. 🇮🇱

I agree with you, this is a very well written paragraph. The war is in between Israel and Hamas, and Palestinian people are just pulled into it. (Like you said about human shields)

Thank you. That is absolutely true. People supporting Israel is going out of hand. People are sympathizing with a fücking terrorist organization, and going after jewish teachers. I am extremely scared to be a jew. My synagogue has to hire fücking bodyguards. My dad, and many other men take guns with them. No person should feel this fear.
