Hey Pandas, What’s The Most Embarrassing Thing That Happened At Work?

At a previous job in a warehouse environment I was in a meeting with a bunch of upper-middle manager types in a pretty corporate-y company. There was a window for the meeting room that looked out to the warehouse. Well wouldn't 'ya know this particular meeting was about safety and just as we were getting into it I saw someone from my department pull up on a loaded forklift to unload it into a work area and the bands that strap the stuff on the pallet got stuck under the weight of the lower boxes and instead of unloading the pallet they begin to hold 1 end of the now cut band and start kicking it loose. I was the only one to see this at first so I was hoping no one would notice. Nope; took like 10 seconds and I hear someone in the meeting speak up, "Hey, isn't that one of your people out there kicking a strap off of a pallet of stuff?!?" I just sank into my chair with second-hand embarrassment and then we had department-level safety meetings about it. 🤣
