Sometimes when faced with a problem, I can only come up with entertaining yet unhelpful solutions, and I'm sure I'm not alone in this. These ideas can be ridiculously costly, defy the laws of physics, or are just plain dumb. Have you had any ideas like this?

Purposefully crashing our economy (US) to eliminate all waste.

Plan it 15 years in the future. Get people out in the country, sustaining themselves. Go back to the gold-dollar. Clean cities to prepare for the next 150 years. Encourage community, not big-business.

It'd be a huge task, but we could do it. History proves that countries don't last more than 300 years at a time (with the same government/system). We will collapse. We might as well do it the way we want it done.

My master plan to bring more tourism to Lithuania:
Step 1: Get adopted by Bill Gates/Jeff Bezos/Elon Musk and when they pass away, you get all their money.
Step 2: Using that money, open an airline with suspiciously low prices and excellent service that has flights to every major city in the world.
Step 3: Once you have absolutely cornered the market and squashed all competition, reroute all flights to have a stopover in Vilnius.
Step 4: Every flight will have a stop in Vilnius and the tourism industry will boom.
Step 5: Sit back and watch as the economy flourishes. You're welcome.
