Putting water in a bottle of something (think of laundry detergent or something similar), then shaking it up to get the last bit of the product out of it.
Making sure I order something at restaurant that reheats well. Then just eating the salad or soup and bread while at the restaurant.
Cook!! Anything and everything!!!! Stay out of restaurants!!!! Bring lunch from home!!!! The kitchen is your friend!!!!
I cut my own hair. This wasn't a poor thing, more a Covid thing, but whatever, my hair is always a disaster (in a Boris Johnson sort of way) so every so often I just grab the scissors from the desk and hack off bits. Touch behind the ears and around back, then the other side, feels the same? Yeah, okay then, that'll do. Basic haircuts (that would probably be wrong and I wouldn't like it) are so expensive. Like, I'm saving a good €25 or so each time, and it only takes about five minutes to make the mess on top of my head marginally less of a mess.
Don't buy stuff over €30 without writing a long list of pros and cons. By the time I have overthought all of that, I'm usually annoyed to the point where whatever it was is no longer desirable any more.
