I used to be addicted to LOTRO. I would play all day and go to work the graveyard shift then go right back to playing the game. I sometimes wouldn't sleep for days.

Final Fantasy 9. It was close to 40hours and I started having micro-naps. I was fighting one of the bosses. I remember starting the fight, a couple of things from the fight, and was awake during the victory music. I slept for almost 17 hours after that.
