TW!!!! I almost overdosed by accident by taking anti cough pills (paracodein) and having tequila shots within an hour. Those pills in combo with alc turn into morphine. I broke down and my dad had to pick me up. Looking back at it... It wasn't the smartest move
October 2020, I was recovering from Covid and was still a bit brain foggy. I was out of hospital and our isolation period had ended so my wife went back to work.
She (my wife) was already running a charity raffle at her workplace. £1 a ticket.
When she got home I asked her how the raffle was going and she told me that she had sold 430 tickets in total so far. My response?
'So how much have you made?'
She just looked at me like she didn't even know who I was and said really slowly, 'four-hundred... and... thirty... pounds'.
I used the word "patronize" wrong and my dad was like "pfff thats not what patronize means"
and I KNEW THAT, i use the word patronize a lot more than i should and i know the correct meaning, i just couldn't think of the word so I used patronize instead
