The Southern Reach Trilogy. Wonderful sci-fi adventure, all three tells the story from three different character's perspective.
WoF is still my comfort series to be honest, but Keeper of the Lost Cities is a good one! It has a similar "kid finds out they're supposed to save the world" vibe, but different.
