I heard my coworker in the kitchen (restaurant) when he got the call that his son had died. He started sobbing and he let out this howl. It was primal. The worst sound I've ever heard. It was heartbreaking. I still think about it.

    Well it wasn’t overheard, I said it myself, I said that maybe it would have been best if I didn’t exist in the first place because nobody cares or likes me. I’m in a really dark place right now and I don’t know how to get out of that dark place.
