I used to turn to video games when I was overloaded but now I go to that YouTube dude that cleans carpets. I mute it and zen it out as the crud flows. What the hell? 😅

Cleaning crevices! You know, like grout, baseboards, shelf corners, and liners! The grout is a nice stress reliever, I sit there and blast my music in my earbuds and scrub! It is a long process but it is totally worth it! I use a homemade grout cleaner that is super easy! 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide 1 cup baking soda 1 tiny sqiurt of dish soap Mix into a grout bottle and apply to grout. Let sit for 8 minutes. Boil water into a bucket then scrub up with a grout brush (they sell these for cheap at Walmart and I use them everytime I do grout). You can use a rag with water and brush to get up baking soda from the grout. Let the floor dry and sweep up baking soda. After sweeping up scary hydrogen peroxide on the floor directly and mop. You can then normal mop put I usually don't. (If you decide you want to mop normally after the hydrogen peroxide mop make sure the floor redries again)

For me, something that I find really satisfying is the sound of someone typing on a keyboard. I recently listened to someone typing on a keyboard on Youtube and now I can't stop. I listen to it every time I use my computer and it actually helps me focus.
