Uh, the "rainy season"? I'm not sure what that is because I don't live in Asia or Africa or South America which is where Google told me "the rainy season" happens. BUT, on a cold grey day, I like to eat a soup- a hearty chicken soup with dumplings, or an onion soup with croutons and emmental cheese, or maybe beef stew with lots of tender root vege, or, clam chowder made with potatoes and bacon.

Rainy season is generally the wetter moths of the year so for America I guess that would be winter and spring idk how wet your autumn/fall gets. For UK rainy season is every season and also every day of the year

"the rainy season is generally the wetter months" - - no shart, Sherlock. I don't live in the USA, but in Europe and not the UK. The Rainy season seems to last all year long. Did you really read my comment or did you just post a reply out of a need to feel like you have something to contribute? I stand by my soup on a rainy day. Lydsylou prolly prefers twat soup. In France we call it moules marinières. Only popular with tourists.
