My trick for metallic lips:
1. Put on clear lip gloss (only a tiny bit)
2. Take any color of eyeshadow (I like gold) and dust it on your lip gloss
3. There! I know its weird.. but I just like to experiment
1. Lighting. You need to make sure that you are well lit from all angles including from below. You can apply too much/little to areas if there are shadows on your face and neck.
2. Don't stop at the jawline. Keep going under your jaw and chin and blend-in down to the base of your neck (More for those starting out).
3. Apply mascara to the outside of your eyelashes (the top of your upper and the underside of your lower). This helps reduce/eliminate clumps and adds further definition.
4. Always apply eyeliner to the eye opposite your dominate hand first, it's easier to match your dominant side.
5. Buy cheap if you want to experiment.
Tip for oily kin: I have really oily skin, also on my eye lids. I pad a translucent powder on my lids befor doing eyeshadow or eyeliner so it doesn't smear or stamp
Lipstick can be put on your lips, but also on your cheeks to look like blush, and on eyes to look like eyeshadow. It works!!
Sometimes you can use eyeshadows to give your lips some color.
I use eyeshadow/blush on the tip of my nose. It makes you look a little shiny.
