Mine is a short story that I really like!
I heard my son yelling for me from his room, I went to find him shaking under his blanket from fright and asked him what was wrong, he responded “daddy, there’s a monster under my bed” I comforted him and said I’d look to be sure there wasn’t, i pulled up the sheet to look under and saw my son saying “daddy, there’s a monster on my bed”
