I'm Indian, and we have many diverse cultures in our place. But from my side, it's the clothes and attire. Food has leaked out and people enjoy it around the world but out beautiful range of wearables are still pretty much undiscovered. Photo in the comments.

Unaffordable healthcare. Petrified of a serious illness or accident because I know that because I'm uninsured, my treatment would be sub-par, compared to the insured.
