people, its time to end the war, about the better pet, sure, dogs are mans best friend but the soft purrs of a kitten warms a person soul. Im ending this war a dinosaur is a better pet

Everyone has different tastes, different personalities. If you like cats or dogs, I don't care as long as you don't try to force your opinion on others. On each side there are pros and cons. Cats can be potty trained, they can catch mice. Dogs are very playful, they are very nice. No single thing in this world is better than the other, As long as you are mindful, little debates such as cats vs dogs won't cause you stress. Personally, I am with Cats. I don't hate dogs that much cats are just better in my opinion I would not say a dog is messy and whines for attention

I'm not saying they aren't either of those things, let me explain my reasoning. I think dogs are messy because they shed all over everything and drool, gross also applies to these reasons. You can't ignore the fact that they constantly whine for attention. As a person that's owned multiple dogs throughout my childhood that I helped take care of I can confirm that what I'm saying is true.

Dogs aren't scary. And cats don't "come" potty trained. You can potty train cats as well as dogs.

I like dogs more in general. I have a cat, and he is the cutest thing in the world, but I do like dogs more in general, but personalities vary, so you never know :)

Cats. They have very distinct personalities and they are so much smaller for cuddling. They also take a little less work to take care of, as you don’t have to take them outside

Dogs, without a doubt. They are so pure and faithful, they love you more than they love themselves. Dogs also can do real jobs like sniffing drugs or being a guide dog for pysical or menatlly disabled people.
