Correction to Tools23's post. Alternative and differing opinions are welcome. They need not be hard-core left wing. What is not welcome is spreading hatred, bigotry and outright and potentially harmful lies. Tools23 knows a lot about being banned as they have to create a new account everyday. Previous accounts being banned due to bigotry.
Be respectful. If they are something you are not, whether it be man/ woman gay/ straight an ethnic minority, cisgender or transgender, listen to their stories. Do not invalidate them by suggesting their experiences and their identities do not exist because you have know personal knowledge of what they are talking about. Respect their pronouns. Respect their names.
If their lives are radically different to yours and you have trouble understanding of relating to them then ask genuine questions, respectful questions, you will probably get answers.
Do not insult or demean or post bigotry under the guise of "free speech" or "facts" and "science".
Learn from people and should you make a statement that is shown to be factually wrong and potentially insulting then acknowledge and learn from your mistakes.
Get a good Add blocker, I use to love Boredpanda on my iPad but now they have started selling these awful games at least every 3 minutes. Makes me pull my hair out.
