I got inspired to ask from another post on here.

Here's my list of duties at work, that I think are way too much for min. wage.

Tagging clothes.
"Racking" clothes (which means organizing by category and size).
"Rolling" clothes out onto the sales floor, so they're placed in their style categories.
Switching racks for the people, who are hanging clothes we get in, when their racks get full and bring them to the "control" area, where the clothes get put onto separate racks for men's, women's and kid's. (Every 5-10 minutes someone on my team will be called. Sometimes it's just one person on the team working in that department.)
Letting people into the code locked washrooms.
Showing customers where stuff is.
"Rolling" for the bed and bath department.
Helping the table team sort through donations, piling up decent clothes and tossing gross, torn ones.
Every few months it's my week to clean the washrooms and lunchroom.
I have to keep moving racks up and down the line in my dept.
Taking older clothing out of the racks on the sales floor to make room for new stuff, and keep it possible for people to look through clothes.
"De-hanging" many racks of clothes in the morning, during "maintenance".

It may sound easy enough, but the things I would like to be doing more off I'm always told are unproductive and time consuming.
I get called by default all the time for everything.

I get to pick my hours every week where I work. Normally I work 9-5 and it’s a very physical job, which normally is fine, but I am anemic so I don’t ever have the proper energy, so it’s exhausting.
