Artist Who Illustrates Everyday Life With His Wife Announces They’re Having A Baby, Shares Their Struggles In 8 Comics
Yehuda Devir (previously here, here, and here) is a Tel-Aviv-based illustrator and cartoonist who has been drawing funny comics about his everyday life with his wife, Maya. Recently, the cute couple even included a journey that’s very important to them – getting pregnant. Documenting every joy and hardship along the way, Yehuda has perfectly captured what it takes to create life and the steps leading to long-awaited pregnancy reveal.
“We had been trying to conceive for about a year,” Yehuda told Bored Panda. “While doing so, we’ve realized that a family of our own is the biggest creation we can hope for.”
“The hardest parts were at the end of each month when Maya used to have her period,” he added. “Continuously dealing with lack of success makes you feel as if you aren’t in control of your life. It’s a terrible feeling.”
“However, we’ve been together for such a long time that our friendship and love seem so strong, it feels like we can achieve everything if we work together. Challenges make us stronger and we can finally do our own baby announcement.”

This guy is one of the few comic artists who keep the same quality in every panel and they never get boring. Wonderful work, as always.
