25/27 - I really enjoyed that one! Good mix of questions (not to US centric). Just enough challenge for my brain at 11.35pm.
Which one of these cities is not in the UK? Lemme see, Manchester is in New Hampshire, Birmingham is in Alabama, Glasgow is in Kentucky, London is in Ontario, Liverpool is in New York... Must be Dublin. That's about halfway between Ipswitch and Norwich. I mean Norwich, UK, not Connecticut. (I knew all of the American cities; I just trusted before even checking it out hthat there'd be a UK Dublin.) (*North American. We don't own Ontario; our maps just make it look like we do. I was going to make a Trump joke here, but I don't think Trump wants the Toronto area.)
Miracle Max: everyone makes mistakes - I make lots - and there's no shame in it. But, erm, you might like to read this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capitol
