“Garl…no…” The Heartbreaking Story Of The Only Protagonist I Could Ever Relate To (Sea Of Stars)

I saw today while dad was playing Sea of Stars how Garl tanked another bullet for us. He already lost an eye, I thought… I figured that he would live… but Garl will die. He was seriously the only character ever that I felt an actual deep connection with. Now he’s dead… I need actual support. Only four pics, sorry, and maybe typos… I was crying with a sleeping arm while writing this.

Garl used to be the optimist of the team, still after tanking an attack and losing an eye as a kid.

Indeed, the Warrior-Cook was one of those characters I feel we aren’t good enough for.

But upon his death, I was more than crushed. I know he can be brought back, and doing so is the only way to truly beat the game, but it feels like an empty party without him.

He isn’t immortal. He isn’t a god. He doesn’t have powers like his buds. We all have to face that Garl did more than any regular Mooncradle kid should ever do and he gave up his life doing it. But it hurts. RIP Garl… you will be missed… by all of us.
