40 Perfectly Captured Animal Images Get Turned Into Hilarious Sculptures By Japanese Artist
We love our memes here at Bored Panda; I mean, come on, who doesn't? The combination of funny animal pictures and witty captioning is hard to beat, all wrapped up in an easily sharable format so we can spread the love with our friends! But did you ever wonder what your favorite silly animals from memes would look like in the real world?
Japanese artist Meetissai has your answer. Specializing in those awkward animal fails, the sculptor makes tiny figurines from viral internet moments that you are sure to recognize. It all began when Meetissai was searching for a 'real-life' version of a favorite meme. Unable to find one, the artist got to work making it at home! The cool art project has proven so popular that there is now a whole collection of funny animal memes immortalized forever in 3D form, all thanks to the creativity and imagination of Meetissai.
Scroll down below to check them all out for yourself and let us know what you think of this unique art in the comments!

Oh my, they're EXCELLENT! Some of them, I'd love to buy - either for me, or for some friends I know would love tham as much as I do. I hope BP doesn't shorten the series again. For everyone to know, it's 40 pics at the moment.
