There is a whole picture blog post about these two and the abuse they have gotten just because people think she's too hot for him. She actually had to make a whole slideshow explaining to people that he is sweet, attentive, funny, etc etc etc and that she is truly the lucky one. They are married now and seem incredibly happy together. People should zip it and let them be. Perhaps take a lesson from them and commit to someone you love and who loves you back not whoever looks the best on your arm.

I read about the story of this girl and her BF. They are so in love and they (I believe) were trolled on the internet because of the fact she is a beautiful woman and he is this perception (to some) of a not so beautiful man. It doesn't matter whether hes beautiful or not, he is beautiful to her and that is all that matters...in relation to this photo though, it shows his humour and hers also and I really hope they work out !

Daria B: I'm in the same boat as you. I'm female and stand at 6ft tall. It can make me so self conscious when I'm in a crowd, cinema, concert etc etc I'm aware I'm blocking other people and sometimes it's unavoidable. Only so much I can slide down the seat before I fall off (or get a sore back) or offer for the shorter to stand in front before I end up way at the back and then not being able to see a damn thing anyway cause those who are tall with confidence push forward. Not all tall people in crowds are a***holes

I'm a phlebotomist. If a vein in the arm can't be easily located, which is true of old people. They try a vein in the hand, basically so the patient can still move around easily without it getting tangled. In the picture, it looks to me like she's putting the cannula in a vein at the bottom of the hand, which could be because the vein in the back middle of her hand, might be a bit collapsed. Hope that helps! :-)

We had a pregnant opossum die in the crawl space under our house. Most people we called wanted $400 or more to remove it. So, we went to Home Depot and hired a guy in the parking lot for $100. He dragged it out and threw it in his truck but he was gagging as the animal was getting pretty ripe by then. But they have sharp teeth and claws, so I'd advise keeping your distance. We reduced the size of our cat door to keep this c**p from happening again.

She's got braids, but the women (seemingly) judging her have straightened their hair, & one's coloured hers blonde. If black ladies can make their hair look more like white ladies hair, then why not the other way around? It's just hair FFS. Besides, Alyssa Milano looks good with her 'do.

I work at a carousel in a park in my home town. One day there was a mom who was on her phone and I could see her across the park with her kids, oldest was about six. She was on her phone the whole way to the carousel, still on her phone while her kids looked longingly at the carousel. Finally, while still on her phone, she handed her six year old some money so they could pay me to ride (and it was hard trying to explain how the payment worked to a six year old). The mom was on her phone still during the whole ride. I watched them cross the other side of the park, get in their car and leave and the mom was still on her phone. It made me really sad. I wondered if she even really realized that she rode a carousel with her kids. Don't you do things like that to make memories with your children? Not ignore them?

A number of Botanical Gardens offer mobile apps that coincide with their permanent or special plant collections. Not saying everyone just isn't looking at their phones for funsies, but they could also be learning about the exhibits. Ima give them the benefit of the doubt. Also, as a mother of a 16 month old, if she's sleeping in her stroller and we're just walking around the garden here (which doesn't have a fun app atm) for the umpteenth time I might just spend a few moments on my phone.
