Slice-of-life humor has a way of making even the most ordinary situations feel surprisingly entertaining, especially when the punchline takes a completely unexpected turn. That’s something Filipino artist AJ Bacar, better known as SSkait, does particularly well. His comics combine familiar everyday experiences with absurd twists, playful visual gags, and the kind of randomness that can make a seemingly normal conversation go off the rails in just a few panels.

Longtime Bored Panda readers might already be familiar with SSkait’s work, as we’ve featured his comics a couple of times before, most recently in a collection highlighting more of his funny observations and wonderfully random scenarios. Since then, Bacar has continued coming up with new ways to turn everyday life into something much stranger and funnier than expected.
