I agree, I find this quite disturbing as I have yet to meet a cat, and I have met a few in my time, that would allow this to happen to her/himself.

Cats often get themselves into predicaments like this, but sometimes need help getting out. I'm an animal lover and I have seen cats get into some strange places. And anyone who knows cats, also knows that you could never push one into a jar. (Just try to get one into a carrier to go to the Vet.)

Huh, I was going to say "That's mean!" but maybe he's having fun. The wood looks like two different parts of the same property (same mossiness), but a very different angle, so I'm wondering if this is two different snowball tosses.

When there's snow, she even forces us to come out and play with her. She just keeps knocking at the window with her tail until we come outside to throw snowballs. She LOVES snow! If there is no snow, she does the same, but then she wants us to throw tennisballs. Or pingpong balls. Or anything else.

Day 435. Dog has attempted this task many times. I always assumed he was lacking the mental facilities to execute the task. My attempts thus far have been disappointing. Human seems to have enacted a form of force field on this point of egress. If my next two attempts fail, I will see if urinating on the living room carpet short circuits the wiring that powers aforementioned force field.

Most of these are horrible, cruel & verging on animal abuse. Yes, some of 'us' may find them funny, but there are a number of pictures where the cat must have been 'assisted' into the position & are clearly terrified. Not funny, not funny at all.

Even if none of the cats weren't put in these positions by people, several of them are very clearly terrified or in pain, and the fact that their owner decided to take a picture instead of helping the poor thing is bad enough.

Most of these are entirely possible. I have had quite a few cats, and if there was an internet and you'ld see some of the stuff THEY got into, you'ld laugh your butts off. I actually had a cat that (with help of my dog, could open the fridge. Yeah....Really.
