Owning a cat can be a rewarding experience. As any veteran cat owner will tell you however, it can also be something of a challenge. Your daily life is basically determined by whatever mood your cat is in. Sometimes it likes tickles. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it likes curtains. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it wants to play, but only at 3am. You just never know with cats. Check out these comics for more examples of how life with cats is something of a roller coaster. Compiled by Bored Panda, they're sure to have cat owners everywhere nodding, and laughing, in agreement. Remember to vote for the best!

It's called unconditional love :) If only humans learned to love each other this way..
Load More Replies...This is my moment. Yes I want to work or research or check FB when they come up for some PDA. First I sigh and moan "Oh no. Mommie is trying to work here." Then it happens. That magic moment when you realize cats don't do computer and they don't want you too either. She'll end up straddling my shoulder for a full body rub down and I would have it no other way. Snuggle time always wins.
Yep. Had a greedy tom cat that would push his way to the front of the line at feeding time and attempt to scoff enough food for four cats! He'd be reprimanded for his gluttony and would quickly flee the scene. This was the routine. Unfortunately, on one occasion he had gobbled up more food than usual in a very short sitting before being shooed from the bowl and had only just made it to the open kitchen window before projectile vomiting masticated tinned cat food onto the glass where it slowly slid down onto the frame and then the ground outside the window. It came out of him with horizontally and with such force it was like watching a so-bad-it's-good 80s horror movie!!! Well, that cat didn't need telling... He gave a brief look back at me - ears back and panic in his eyes - before making good his escape through the same open window and fleeing the property entirely for the rest of the day. I was left to clean it up.
Oh yes, this one. Only ours always throws up on something important.
I've had the experience of...finishing... only to realize, "Oh sh**! Was the cat watching the whole time...?"
"Hey, I'm an obligate carnivore. Must. Have. Meat. To. Survive."
This reminds me of my mom and her 8 cats all sleeping in the bed with her lol.
Χαχαχαχαχα ισχυει.......οτι οι γατες εχουν θεραπευτικες ιδιοτητες!!!!!!!!
Literally my Elohim, I was crying today and she lets out a soft meow, jumps next to me and headbutts my face until I'm done while putting
Oh these days it is totally me! I would rather chill at home with my cat by my side, watch a movie, read a book!
You can, but the feeling of guilt will probably destroy your soul.

My cat Willow yowls at me if I move, Suki will not sit on my lap, but will cuddle to my leg or side so she can be tickled, i only have to flinch and she scarpers. Love my Beautiful babies.
Once my brother did that with a pair of scissors. Needless to say, I was pissed. He said it was an accident...?
Apparently cats don't like their water near they food (which is where most ppl put it) so I would recommend trying moving water bowl to a different spot
Yes, I've heard in cat history; Food that was near water was questionable/contaminated. Therefore cats only like 'fresh' running water.
Load More Replies...Yeah I'm thinking of purchasing one too! Mine drink from taps, pond water, anywhere except their bowls grrrr!
cats drink water that is just put down or flowing because it's easier for them to see than still water. the level of close-up depth percepetion they have isn't great- so if it's moving or recently put down and still moving a bit, they see it and want to drink it. still water in a dish looks like an empty dish to a cat.
Wow. Now I understand the bad blood between my cat and my laptop, tablet cover, 3 glass mugs, the couch, incense burner, favorite fitted sheet, and countless other items I've mourned in 2 years.
Apparently, cats tend to prevent high blood pressure =^•^=
Load More Replies...I was once out of the country for nearly a year, when I returned home my cat wouldn't look at me for a whole week. I'd say he wasn't happy about me not having been around for so long
Yup that's my cats all over, they run to the door, then theu act aloof and walk off with their tails in the air and they give me daggers for hours, it takes a while but they forgive me and come for a snuggle at bed time.
That always happens. I move my hand on top of the blanket and she attacks it. I call her a Hairy Sea Slug when she's under the blanket. I don't know why.
My roommates boy kitty Pepsi like to call to be let inside when I'm on the toilet like ALWAYS lmao
My dogs are like this... sometimes. They're kind of cat-like. When I was growing up, one of our cats would put up with attention, but jump off your lap as soon as possible. The other one was more like a dog and loved being petted, as long as you approached him slowly. He was slightly skittish and would run away if you went towards him too quickly.
My cat Willow always demands a tickle by digging her claws in my arm and pulling until I give in, she also paws my nose when I'm asleep, and at one time she wouldn't settle at night unless I was holding her head in my hand, such a cutie!
help my cats hate me actually they dont never mind they do no they dont this will go on until your cat dies an then repeats when you get a new one ( crazy cat person)
How is she still asleep?! Haha when I lived with my Aunt the cats would drive me crazy at night. Thankfully the kitties I live with now know the night drill haha
That's why you always somehow have glitter on your face and in your hair.
What sucks is when you have to pee and you have a sleeping cat on your lap
On a book, newspaper or important document that was actually being read. In the sink when you need to brush your teeth. On top of the remote control when you want to switch channels. On your work desk chair, the split second you leave it. In your lap (purring) when you desperately need to go to the bathroom. I love them so much... :) <3
Load More Replies...One of my kitties loves the tummy rub, the other one...not so much.
Load More Replies...It's different for different cats, but if they bare their bellies to you, its a sign that the cats trust you and feel safe around you (since the belly is a vulnerable area if they were attacked). Depending on the bond between an owner and cat, they will either like being pet there, or feel like it's a betrayal. It's weird, but interesting.
its bc rolling over like that is how they signify the start of a play fight
In MY opinion, cats are better than most of the dogs (exept german shepherds), because other dogs like in here - dumb, throws saliva everywhere, licks their balls and then licks us. Cats are more independant and intelligent. Like, they don't chase after a squirell or a bird just for fun, they chase it secretly and catches it...But it's only my opinion
This is why you don't opt for a cat door. That's what you get for being lazy. Haha
Pet hair rollers are the best friends to cat hoomins who only wear black clothes <3
Can't believe the cat isn't trying to knock over the Christmas tree in the corner..
I love this person's comics. Idk how they come up with this genius c**p. lol
Another eason I like this person's comic, is because they're agender like me. lol
Load More Replies...Me too... time ago I found 9 kittens, and I already had 3... :'D
Load More Replies...my cat used to jump on me from a book shelter's top, that was sort of my morning gym 😆
My dog does this more than my cat but it terrifies me especially in the middle of the night.
Probably because the box where the beds were delivered was not available X)
You named your cat Pepsi? That's so rad!! I have two waffles and skittles lol
Load More Replies...Ha! That's happened to me lots, but I can't get mad, my kitty is only being a pest....I mean affectionate
Same, but not on the front door. On the bathroom door, every time. X)
Load More Replies...After we put our cat on a diet she will eat any food left unattended or knock it onto the floor. My poor hungry chubby
Nice to know I am not the only one! Let's not even talk about the fancy kitty litter they use....
I had a cat who would sit on me like this to wake me up, purr his wee furry head off and drool and then shake his head & spray me with drool
While walking from the car into town the other day, my mum and I passed a cat sat in an alley facing a wall, nose almost touching. It looked like it had been sent for time out. Walking back to the car two hours later we walked past the same alley. No change...
It's just his drawing style, stop being so fussy
