French Alps In Autumn Just Looks Like Iceland Or Scotland

My first real trip was in Iceland in 2012. I needed to recharge my batteries after my studies and it was an incredible change of scenery!

I live in France, in a small city near the Alps. I often go hiking on weekends to discover mountains. Yet when I went to do a roadtrip for 3 days in september, I didn’t think that the first autumn snows would make me return to Iceland!

In France, we are lucky to have completely different landscapes according to regions and seasons, in a country where it is easy to travel.

The photos were taken in the park of the Vanoise, in Haute Maurienne. Enjoy !
