50 Of The Most Interesting Winter Pics That Showcase What True Cold Looks Like
The Starks are always right, eventually—winter is coming, and would you look at that, it's already here in our yards. And it doesn’t feel like leaving. There’s a blizzard raging outside our windows, we’ve got our favorite ugly sweaters on, and we’d gladly exchange our radiators for roaring fireplaces.
Our team here at Bored Panda wanted to share our love for snow and ice wonderlands, so we’ve compiled this list of the most beautiful, jaw-dropping, and outright inspiring winter photos. Mother Nature is far more powerful than we give her credit for.

I've only had to deal with ice like this twice, and it's the Worst. If your doors open, there's a chance the handle doesnt go back into place and wont shut properly. That if you can pry the door open, regardless of if you can unlatch it.

Many many of these are absolutely beautiful...the designs the frost makes on glass, the other worldly ice formations on houses and trees...Its stunning. In some of these pictures, I can almost hear the hushed silence that snow makes...but holey sheep dip, how the heck can yall stand that kind of cold! I couldn't do it. My bones would ache too much. To those that can live in it, more power to you. I wasn't built for arctic expeditions to ice station zebra...

I'm homesick!... Oh I miss the Up North. My childhood, everyone, in pictures. And then my Virginia neighbors wonder why I'm stil in shorts when they think it's "freezing" at 10*C.... (for the US crowd, roughly 50*F)
