I found a $500 round-trip ticket from San Francisco and took an impulsive trip to Hong Kong. On arrival, I captured 100 one-second shots in one day for a unique visual of this amazing city.

A few highlights and traveling tips for visiting Hong Kong:

Take the tram to witness the stunning 360-degree panoramic view across Hong Kong 428 meters above sea level.

On a clear day, you will experience one of the most spectacular views in the world; but you will also find major crowds. Be sure to take one of the first or last trams up to beat the lines.

Dragon’s Back Trail//

Enjoy the amazing views on the 8.5km path rolling along the ridges from Shek O Peak to Wan Cham Shan. In high heats, this hike can be pretty brutal, but the views are worth the sweat.

This is the highest bar in the world with one of the best vantages of the city. Located on the 118th floor of the Ritz-Carlton in West Kowloon, you can feel the altitude while sipping on your favorite beverage.
