My name is Rich Allela from Nairobi,Kenya. While covering the 20th anniversary of the Rwanda genocide I took a break to go watch this kids dive and was blown away by what I saw. Every day after school, pupils gather by the lakeside to show off their remarkable diving skills. Full of energy and a healthy appetite for risk they outdo each other at every stage. Where some of them are eager to show off their diving skills, others are content taking a back seat and enjoying the show.
