Michael Fugoso is a San Diego based artist with incredible design and illustration skills. Even you may know him as Fugstrator on Instagram, where he continually posts his recent artwork.
Now talking about his work, the one thing that I personally like is the style of Michael’s illustration. The styling of his work brings back some of the skeuomorphic elements but it also mixes with some attractive cut-out paper effects. With his art, Michael also created an illustration series on spaceships & aircraft. Presented projects with a retro flavour such as his Paper Shuttle Launch project.
How he makes this all projects?
At first phase, he always gets started with hand drawing and after draws he render, using vector tools such as Autodesk Graphic or Adobe Illustrator. And he confidently admits it that all of his artwork starts from handcrafted pieces of drawings.
