If I was your parent I would be very proud of you for your sense of fairness and courage to stand up to hierarchical and oppressive parents. Stay strong. You are stating your position with dignity to all sides, allowing yourself to mature and teach your parents. It is up to them if they refuse to take a valuable lesson.

If I was your parent I would be grateful for your maturity and courage to state your fair position to such an oppressive parent hierarchy! Stand tall and if they see the error of their ways then they can grow from your example and your family will be more intimate.If not you are an adult who chooses to grow and maintain her heart.
