I’m in! People like this, deserve the most horrible punishment ever! I’m am a very gentle person too, but when people do things like this to helpless animals, it brings out the worst in me. I make no apologies for it!

@Snake of Eden and @Snailssssssss: It isn’t like it hasn’t been done before. You just have to first find a family, then figure out when to get the dog so no one sees you. Once we’re past the the pandemic, try to figure out if the whole family leaves for work/school, then see if any neighbors would see you then tattle to them. It’s your neighborhood, so you probably have a handle on your neighbors’ habits and personalities. If you can pull it off, you will have taken a dog from a bad situation with people who obviously don’t care for them at all, and given them a new, loving, family who will make them a member of the family, not just some animal tied up in the yard. Agreed that the sentencing is a joke, but her name was made public, and from the article she got an [appropriately] much harsher punishment from the public. She was harassed so much she ended up having to leave her house and move to another town. So there is that.
