These Pairs Of Photos Become Very Dirty Only When You Combine Them In Your Head (NSFW)
French photographer Sacha Goldberger is raising a lot more than just eyebrows with his latest photo series. Secret Eden is a set of photo pairs that, when put together in one's imagination, reveal salacious scenes. A deeper meaning, however, lies behind them.
Each pair of photos is set in its own era and political climate, with some depicting historic times, and others visualizing the future. One even stages a ménage à trois involving Snow White and 2 dwarves. The photos of Secret Eden deal with taboos of sexuality, such as public affection, interracial love, and the supposed sanctity of our ancestors. An air of emotional detachment also falls over the subjects, which could be a commentary on how the modern world is coming to view physical relationships.
Scroll through the suggestive series below, and try to spot each hidden tryst. Also, tell us what you think about Secret Eden in the comments.

I wish I knew why it's night time in the 2nd and day time in the 1st...
I know this is so juvenile but that boo-tay!! Makes me want to do squats... but not really.
Thank you for making me feel like a 12 year old boy and zooming in on the picture to see if it is or not.

Why are they floating, why are the guns floating? Why are they at different times of the day? Wesley Snipes should've paid his taxes.
90% of these photos are of naked people in sexual poses. No need to combine them to be dirty
This is honestly probably the dumbest thing I've seen on Bored Panda. Hopefully this isn't an indication of the direction they are going. I like to come here to be inspired or to laugh at silly pictures. You're supposed to be different than the rest of the interwebs!!! Like others have said, "You're better than this, BP!"
Agreed. The concept could be interesting, but the pieces themselves aren't.

the sets are beautiful, but the photos are cold and sterile... is that the point? Disjointing the couples makes the sex puerile (and wouldn't the 70s guy in the disco bar with his pants down be noticed by anyone else?) and humiliating.
It personally think they are pretty amazing ... they are something different and special in there own way. I enjoyed each and every one together and separately....
HATERS GONNA HATE... Most of the comments here seem to be made by those that do not get anything better done and then have to be insulting and underwhelm the effort and thought that went into making these pictures, only because they did not manage to do anything thoughtful themselves. I say great stuff...
Photographer: "I've got this great idea. First, I'm going to take a photo of a woman posing like she's doing it with an invisible dude. Then I'm going to, like, take a picture of a dude looking like he's doing it with an invisible chic. After that, I'm going to just, like, put the invisible dude photo above the invisible chic photo, and have people stare at it, trying to imagine that the two photos are actually just one photo of people doing it." Bad friend: "Go for it, bro. It sounds awesome."
Umm, literally ALL of these run the gamut of risqué to flagrantly sexual on their own, BEFORE getting added together. So yeah...
I mean it's kinda interesting to look at but I don't really get it
It would have been way more interesting if the single shots/poses were not sexual, but became sexual when combined. As is, it's just mhé
I feel like I'd like the pictures better if they "put together". Not because I'm a huge pervert (though I am) but because men standing with their pants down is VERY boring to look at. The women got more of the "good poses". I was initially intrigued, but them being almost entirely heterosexual couples in the same poses was dull. The artist couldn't mix it up? Get some with multiple partners, homosexuality, or even just a larger variety of sexual positions? Also, and maybe it's just me, but the vastness of some of the spaces seemed too distracting when the people miming sex was the apparent focus of the whole project (i.e. the one where we're looking into a house, the house on the lake).
ALSO, also, none of the pictures look like any fun, even the "casual" ones. Almost everyone's got blank expressions like they're just waiting for the sex to be done with.

It's ALL mature content, why not let us acknowledge it one time by clicking on the disclaimer to enter the post? Wait, sorry, I'm being logical, aren't I?
"two pictures, separately they don't make sense" really? Each one's counterpart was so predictable it failed to be interesting in any way
