It’s not really unusual to spot a dirty car while strolling around the city. Some of us even use it as a canvas to draw some silly pictures and “teach” their lazy owners a lesson. And while this is something you wouldn’t normally want to find all over your vehicle in the morning, this Russian artist Nikita Golubev (previously here) might actually change your opinion.

This Moscow-based illustrator takes the casual scribbles on dirty cars to a completely new level. The dirt is just another material for this artist to realize his ideas, and turning unwashed cars into amazing pieces of art has already become his thing. Although Golubev has been previously working on a lot of different projects, this one is special because of how fragile and temporary the final result is.

Scroll down to see his latest creations for yourself, and if you’re ever around Moscow – do not wash your car!

All cats are beautiful! Although I'm crazy about the Russian cats with big ears. I have always loved cats, both domestic and wild. My 4 adult children lone cats. And now with the new generation, I am grandma to a young girl who was born loving cats so much, her fist word was, "meow." Her mother put two family names together and named this child, "Catianna" before she was born. Whether the name was prophetic or the child's unborn spirit influenced the way the two names became one, no one ever owned their name more than my cat loving granddaughter, Catianna called " Cat" for short. And she wishes this picture was a poster she could buy and hang in her room, (Robo-Cop not withstanding.) Of course she'd like it better if it was "Yoda" holding the baby kitty. But "Robo-Cop" is also a well recognized figure here, he would be fine. This just shows this artists genius! Combining pop movie figures with a helpless kitten is marketing genius. Or would be in America.

Love the title of this, "Fresh air for our children."" Every country needs to adopt this attitude if they have not already. USA needs to rejoin the world in awareness of better EPA standards and more work we need to do to help our environment and the Climate Change awareness that scientists have proved many times over.

Ahh, the sweet little light fish that seems so harmless in oceanic depths of night, that becomes the creature of nightmares when more light is shed on the scene. Translation: "Not every light in the dark is friendly. Beware!" And the artist makes the fish look as big and dangerous as he was in his prime!

It also looks like all the ruling bird brains in the world! Doesn't it? Think of a group of political leaders in most countries standing around before a press conference or photo op? I see you get the relationship now. Always in dark suits, stand kind ing around like a bunch of "bird brains" saying things like, "Hey Charlie, I thought you said there was going to be seed here. I don' t see any bird seed, Charlie." And another, taller, a bit younger correcting the first. "Naw, he said there would be hot chicks here. But I don't see hot chicks, Lou, do you? I only see old hens. That's no good. I got one of those at home. I wanna see some hot chicks!" Tell me that's not the political scene that exists everywhere.

I admire the delicacy of hand used to create this detailed work on the side of a car only lightly soiled. I just love Mr. Golubev's article renderings, his humor and his satire. The man is a brilliant artist! In America people would be paying as much as a million dollars or more for the vehicles showing these masterworks! And ways to preserve the dirt intact as the artist has rendered it! This man is a genius! He's also a master of his medium!

Incredible! Truly an artist of great scope and unrecognized genius! If this is what he can do in dirt, think what he could do with paint, canvass, and more. I'd like to see modern day Russia through his eyes. This artist is a genius who lives in a world we saw too close on Wednesday, last week. Trump had been talking to his friend Putin, and tried a little takeover here! Not because we got out tanks and bigger guns, but because we simply wouldn't co-operate with the chief instigator, our mad President Trump. Like the Russian mad monk who brought down the Emperor and aristocracy. Trump needed people to listen, believe, and do what he wanted. Unlike in that long ago Russia, we are very fortunate here that cool heads prevailed and simply refused to carry out orders from a madman, president or not. Because we all know Trump only got elected with help from Putin & Russian technicians who flooded the election with false votes and blocked the real votes. Putin doesn't care that we know.

This one is very clever the way he used the bubble windows to become a part of his artistic vision. And it works to make the viewer feel like the protective gear hinted at in the drawing, is very real indeed! You can hear the noisy breathing that comes through those masks just before the tech says as instructed, "all levels are at normal limits" just as he signals his buddies to RUN!

I understand this one to be about living under a dictator. "Keep your mouth shut or fingers will be broken!" type of thing. Although a simple drawing to dark old days, it still reflects the artists deft hand (not an intentional pun) at extraordinary art!

My guess is that the hand in that shape is meant to signify talking on the phone (that's not just a russian phenomenon). The broken small finger is (at a guess) meant to signify that your finger will break from too much chatter and/or the darker meaning of "someone will break it for you if you reveal the wrong secrets". All guesswork, of course.
