Well it's nice that you have no problem with what he does in private. But it's not a lifestyle. Men and women who are gay are born that way. Did you choose to be straight? Or do you feel that it's who you are? Well it's the same thing.

India has a very strange way of treat people who are different or are not of the same caste. Their altitudes towards women and girls is very strange. Mass rapes of little girls is commonly done when the villagers have conflicts between them selves. A very backward country on human rights.

sadly, decriminalized doesn't mean he'll be safe. it's also decriminalized in the balkans, but homosexuals are still frowned upon and abused there because of the stigma. not to say this isn't good and these parents are amazing for their support!

It was legal before British rule. The British made it illegal. India is only putting back what was in place before.

Good for your son & good for India, in Germany it hasn´t been criminalized anymore for many many years yet... But until the late 60s/early 70s many people thought homosexuality could be cured in a psycho therapy!!! The Catholic Church (worldwide) still seems to think so...

So this happened just now. I'm on my way to go to my interview this morning when I get pulled. Both brake lights decided to go out this time. As he walked to the car and I was pulling out my stuff, he quickly said, "Don't worry about pulling anything out. I just want you to know that your brake lights are out." So I'm immediately upset, because I just got them replaced like last month. So I explained to him how Firestone wants to charge me $600 just to run a test on the wiring of the car. He looked at me like 😨 and told me to pop the trunk. He checked the lights in the trunk and tapped them, but they didn't come on. So he told me to pop the hood to check the relay box then asked me to get out to check the other one. He could've easily given me a ticket, but Officer Jenkins stepped out of officer role and into mechanic role to make sure I was straight.
