Narcist was a character in Greek mythology who fell in love with his image reflected in the water. Now look how the phone looks like a lake or a puddle, take into account that phone screens actually do look like dark mirrors, kinda, and take all the symbolism and phylosophies of "falling in love with the reflected image of yourself" (note that it's a different thing than actually loving yourself) and compare it to how social media is vastly used, and how satisfactory it is and how you build a desire over your own internet image. Ugh.... Hope someone else simplifies this one a bit more....

Is a literal one. Take Kim Kardashian for instance and those plenty like her pretending they encourage women to love themselves and be confident about themselves and their body (for which being naked in puctures doesn't do the work in fact) !!! Not relying on intelligence but on your body as a tool to get money easily...

If they both aren't equipped with personalities to break the ice and meet each other, then I don't think they'd do so even if their hands were empty. They'd just act as sleeping, or awkwardly avoid each other's eye contact.

That's true. It's not all about technology ruining our lives, but how sociable you are. This picture can show us that both want to meet each other, but they are shy (like in a sit-com scene), so they pretend that they are busy. It's all about perspective, but everybody's so negative these days. :D

Ok, Pope Francis is a lot better now. But these are totally different cultures. Jesus was basically a hobo and people followed him because they liked him instead of the authority back then which killed him. The Pope is an authority figure that Jesus appointed, too. And I don't know if there have been any threats against the pope's life, but nowadays even people like Trump get security, so don't equate that.

It's a fun idea for sure, but it's not very likely. Mars has been a dead planet for most of its existence (about 4 billion years) due to being struck by a massive asteroid in the northern hemisphere that created the depression that is there now and gave the planet a wobble. And life on Earth has been dated as old as 4 billion years old due to fossils discovered in Greenland. If life on Earth was seeded by Mars, it would've happened very shortly after its conception, which is most definitely a reach.

It's very easy to live large for years and then cry foul game once the time to pay for it comes. Greeks had shorter work hours and getting more generous social benefits than many EU countries, even richer ones. And when things went south what did they do? Instead of working harder they poured into the streets and started smashing and burning their own cities. Being lazy and entitled is not EU fault i'm afraid. But it's easier to blame others.
