I have a Siamese and his name is Sam. He has this look all the time too! *L* He has the biggest eyes I have ever seen on a cat and when he makes the black pupil grow so large it almost covers all of the blue!

our cat sings to his water so we came up with a song to match when he starts singing "ohhhhhh my water you taste so good you Make me feel like water shouuuuuld with out you I'd be so dryyyyy ohhhh my water oh myyyy oh myyyyy" he starts wailing and singing at his water and we start singing along and then he turns around and GLARES at us and we laugh HYSTERICALLY!!!

Its a "cat nook, for cat owners. --Haha, just kidding; window is probably a bathroom, or over looking an outdoor patio, or an indoor foyer/hall/stairwell. Some American architects/designers incorpirate these "skinny windows" in their layouts. -- I think they resemble the narrow windows in castles for shooting arrows at invading armies.
