There’s something about fall that makes people want to turn their homes into cozy little havens, while Halloween brings out everyone’s love for spooky stuff, pumpkins, and things that go bump in the night.

And while store-bought decorations can certainly do the trick, a little yarn and a crochet hook can turn ordinary materials into tiny masterpieces, from adorable ghosts to grinning jack-o’-lanterns that are far too cute to be scary.
