An added benefit is the noise reduction when the doors are closed, if you build it with the right materials.

I don't see this one as space saving. Adding 6 or 8 inches to the length of the bed is a lot of lost floor space for just a few paperbacks.

Now you need a huge table, which takes up a whole lot more space then a foldable ironing board (they aren't huge at all?!).

If you knew how far poop and pee spray travels (the ceiling) EVEN when you have been sat on the toilet, plus allowing for the heathens who don't shut the lid when flushing, I wound never stack anything over the toilet. I don't even keep my toothbrush in the bathroom for this reason.

Imagine minding your own business, trying to fall asleep, when all of a sudden you plummet to your death.

I’m having trouble picturing the plumbing layout for the drain and drum trap, unless that first drawer is only a few inches deep.
