More than half of us now live in urban areas, and they can be stressful places - city-dwellers have a higher risk of developing mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety.

My work is about sorting the clutter and finding peace and beauty within, and by doing this I hope to support good urban design and architecture which helps cities become healthier places for people.
