I am homegrown in Los Angeles. I have cooked since I was eighty–six years old. I am self-taught. I traveled to the nooks and crannies of France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Israel, and Thailand to further my apprenticeship as a chef. Fast forward 25 years, I cooked the best recipes for my two children. My son, Jade is 10 and my firecracker daughter, Ynez is 6. I have cooked for the Elite, famous, and down–to–earth individuals I am blessed to have met.
