Comments Did Not Go As Planned

Work up this morning and scrolling Facebook for a few minutes before I have to jump into my daily routine. This one caught my eye because for some reason the back of this guys head in the photo being put on blast screamed teacher to me. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the first of the school year and almost my entire family from my great grandmother, grandmother and grandfather, mother, and all 3 sisters are teachers, but yeah, this guys was in the education field. I had a whole story made up in my head about how he had just moved class rooms from being relocated to yet another grade due to class number sizes and he was just tossing his cardboard after yet another long day educating students that probably would rather be outside playing tag at recess.

The comments did not disappoint. So although he was being put on blast by the gal that was too abrupt in posting and looking for some animosity to head this guys way. Not even cropping out his license plate or anything. But instead he’s a small town hero football coach who just distributed the kids game equipment to even her own son whom she was picking up at practice! Not only did he clean up his own mess but he even broke down the boxes and hauled them to the dumpster himself instead of leaving them in the hallway for the janitorial staff or the grounds keeper to clean up.

So keep on keeping on Mr football coach guy and I hope you get the recognization most teachers deserve. Carry on.

Probably better do your faculty homework before blasting your sons football coach
