I Mix Paint, Oil, Milk and Liquid Soap To Create Surrealistic Paint Dances
43Kviews
“Memories of Paintings” is an experimental dreamlike video rocking us smoothly through circular moves. The visual compositions have been created out of paint, oil, milk and soap liquid.
I filmed the painting with a Canon 550D camera using macro lens. I poured the milk and paint on a plate, and it’s a drop of dishwasher liquid that animates the painting. The chemical reaction is funny and practical. The small planets are made with paint mixed with rapeseed oil.

I used differently colored acrylic paint to achieve colorful results
These small planet look-a-likes are made when acrylic paint mixes with rapeseed oil
Watch the video below to fully experience this beautiful chemical reaction

Once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away... Fantastic! He should take still photos of the effects, rather than a video - enlarged, and properly mounted, I'd buy 'em! Simply beautiful!
How cool!
This is amazing..... I am simply fascinated with all the chemical reactions taking place before our eyes, without even noticing. Love your work!!!
It's beautiful, but I can't get it to work.
Pretty sure that is GRAPESEED and not rapeseed.
Then what? Dump it? Its cool but if it could be put onto a canvas or paper it would really be nice.

HOW MUCH MILK, PAINT AND OIL?
awsome
I want to see the results when it's dried and on canvas
Cool art. I agree with Winter. I think Parabo Press would be able to print any stills you take for an amazing poster sized print!
Absolutely stunning! I really enjoyed these! Very beautiful.
It's beautiful indeed. But I would like to ask, how do you dispose the mixture afterwards? I would really want to know. Thanks!

Thanks for the link. But, I did not find the asnwer for my question there, i. e. what do you do with the mixture after? How do you dispose it? Flush into the toilet, put it into hazardous waste or? Thank you for your answer.
I put the paintings in a bottle and I gave to the recycling center
Wooow. Magical. Loooove it
Soooo soooooothing...
I could watch this all day.
Wonder what inspired them to do this??
Beautiful!!!!!!!
Great use of this idea! But this presentation is too long and the music is boring. I'd use recognizable classical scores and make each piece about 2 minutes max.
very "Space Odyssey"
I also use milk in my photos :) http://mieszanina.com
