Having worked in 30 states and traveled to 40 countries, we’re posting online some of the great cocktail recipes we’ve picked up along the way. Actively participating in these short streaming videos is our cockatoo, The Great & Powerful Oz, a former performing bird that still steals the show!

We’re posting a new cocktail recipe every Thursday so everyone has something good to drink for the weekend. We also post some bird tricks each Monday so everyone can start their week with a laugh.
